1. What TalentReach is

TalentReach helps HR consultants and recruiters find startup leads, audit a company's employer branding from public sources, and draft outreach emails. It is a drafting and research tool. It does not send anything on your behalf unless you click send.

2. Accounts and access

You sign in with a Google account. There is no separate password. Access is approval-gated: a new account may sit in a pending state until it is approved, and we may suspend an account that abuses the service.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your Google account secure.

3. Your own API keys

TalentReach runs on keys you supply — an AI provider key (Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Sarvam) and a scraping/search key. Those keys stay yours:

• Usage is billed to you by that provider, under that provider's terms.
• Their rate limits and free-tier caps apply to you, not to us.
• We store keys encrypted and use them only to run the work you trigger.

We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, emails or searches. Output quality depends on the provider and plan you choose.

4. Email and outreach — your responsibility

You connect your own Gmail account. TalentReach requests only the permissions it needs to create a draft and to send a message you have chosen to send. It never reads your mailbox.

Every send is an explicit click by you, including bulk sends, which require a confirmation listing every recipient. That makes you the sender of record. You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients — including India's DPDP Act, GDPR and CAN-SPAM where relevant — and for honouring unsubscribe requests.

Do not use TalentReach to send spam, harass anyone, or misrepresent who you are.

5. AI-generated content

Emails, job-description rewrites and branding audits are generated by an AI model from public information. They can be wrong. Read every draft before you send it. You are responsible for what goes out under your name.

6. Public data

Lead research reads publicly accessible web pages — company sites, job boards, accelerator directories and search results. We respect the access controls those sites put in place; where a site blocks automated access, we report that we could not check rather than guessing.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentReach is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or reputational harm arising from outreach you send.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using TalentReach at any time and ask us to delete your data — see the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for a breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
